Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on our custom pieces because they are custom made. When placing your order, make sure to include specific details of what you are wanting/expecting. Before finalizing your piece a mock design will be sent to you for final approval. If there is a mistake on our end then please reach out and we will do the best that we can to make it right.
