Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because each preserved floral piece is custom-made we have a clear cancellation and refund policy to protect both our clients and the integrity of our work.

 

1. Order Cancellations:

  • Within 48 Hours of Order Placement: Orders canceled within 48 hours of being placed are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 48 Hours but Before Flower Drop-Off: Orders canceled after 48 hours, but before flowers are dropped off, will be refunded minus a 20% service fee.
  • After Flower Drop-Off: If cancellation occurs after flowers have been dropped off, a 50% service fee will be withheld from the refund, as the preservation process will already have begun.

 

2. Non-Refundable Purchases:

  • Once mock designs have been approved and materials have been ordered, purchases are non-refundable.
  • Materials including frames and hardware are non-refundable under all circumstances.


3. Return of Original Flowers:

Original flowers may be returned to the client if requested; however, any purchased materials (including frames and hardware) remain non-refundable.
