Cancellation Policy

If you request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing, you will be refunded in full. If you would like to cancel your order after  your flowers have been dropped off, a 20% service fee will be withheld from your refund because at that point we have already started the preservation process. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your information and reason for cancellation to florielle.floralpreservation.com.
