Where are you located?

Kansas City, MO

Do you accept all white bouquets?

Yes, we do preserve all white bouquets!

However, white blooms are very delicate and require extra care during the pressing process. They’re more prone to browning and often shift to cream or pale blonde tones rather than staying bright white.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your flower preservation 1–3 months before your event to ensure availability.

We do accept last-minute orders if space allows—just send us an email at florielle.floralpreservation@gmail.com or a DM on Instagram to check availability.

My event already happened, are you still able to press my flowers?

Flowers are typically still usable within 1–3 days after your event, as long as they’ve been kept in water.

To press well, flowers must be fresh—not dried out or browning. If it’s been more than 3 days, we kindly ask that you send us a photo of your bouquet so we can assess whether it’s still in workable condition.

Can I use my own frame?

We typically use our standard frames, which are specifically designed to preserve pressed flowers properly.

We offer a variety of sizes and colors to choose from. However, if you have a specific frame in mind, we’re happy to discuss it and may be able to accommodate a custom option.

How long will my pressed flowers last?

Your flowers are designed to last a lifetime, but please note that some natural fading may occur over time.

We don’t use dyes or chemical enhancements in our preservation process, allowing your flowers to retain their true, organic beauty. To help maintain their color, we recommend keeping your piece out of direct sunlight and away from humid environments.

Can you press all types of flowers/greenery?

There are a few flower types we’re unable to press due to their thickness or high moisture content.

These include (but are not limited to): anthurium, billy balls (except for resin preservation), calla lilies, orchids, seeded eucalyptus, and succulents.

Will the color of my flowers change after they have been pressed?

Some natural color changes can occur during the preservation process.

Because we don’t use dyes or chemical enhancements, your flowers will retain their natural beauty—but slight shifts in color are normal. For example, red flowers may deepen to burgundy, while pinks may fade to a softer shade. The extent of color change depends on the flower type and is part of what makes each preserved piece one-of-a-kind.

What is your turnaround time for flower preservation?

Our turnaround time typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your piece and our current order volume. We take great care in preserving and crafting each piece to ensure it lasts a lifetime.

If you’re working with a specific deadline, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Can you preserve flowers that are already dried?

Yes, we can work with flowers that are already dried!

However, dried flowers are more fragile and typically cannot be pressed into a frame. Instead, they can be beautifully preserved in resin. We offer a variety of resin preservation options and are always open to custom ideas to bring your vision to life.

Will I be able to approve the final design of my piece/pieces?

Yes! If you have specific requests or inspiration, we’re happy to discuss them in advance before the design process begins.

We’ll also send you a mock layout of your piece before finalizing it, giving you the opportunity to request adjustments if needed. Our goal is to create a piece you truly love while preserving the natural beauty of your flowers.
