How to Ship Your Flowers
Instructions for Shipping Flowers to Florielle:
Thank you for choosing Florielle to preserve your special flowers. Please follow these steps to help your flowers arrive in the best possible condition for preservation.
1. Keep Flowers Hydrated
After your event, trim the stems and place the flowers in a vase with clean water until you are ready to ship them. Keeping flowers hydrated helps maintain their freshness and beauty.
2. Prepare Your Packaging
Choose a sturdy box that is about 1.5 times larger than your bouquet. Line the bottom of the box with packing peanuts, crumpled packing paper, or tissue paper to create a soft cushioning layer.
3. Wrap the Stems
Remove the flowers from the water. Wrap a damp paper towel around the cut ends of the stems, then cover the damp area with plastic wrap to help retain moisture during transit.
4. Pack the Flowers
Lay the flowers gently inside the box on top of the cushioning material. Arrange them carefully so they will not shift or become crushed during shipping.
5. Fill Empty Spaces
Use additional packing peanuts or tissue paper to fill any empty spaces around the flowers. The goal is to keep the bouquet snug and secure without placing pressure on the petals.
6. Ship Your Flowers
Please contact Florielle at florielle.floralpreservation@gmail.com to receive the correct shipping address before mailing your flowers. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Bring your securely packaged box to your nearest shipping carrier and select overnight or 1–2 day shipping. USPS is recommended for affordability, though FedEx and UPS are also great options.
7. Notify Us
Once your flowers have been shipped, please email florielle.floralpreservation@gmail.com with your name and tracking number so we can prepare to receive your flowers promptly.
