Terms of Service
By placing an order with Florielle Floral Preservation you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Condition of Flowers:
Flowers will be preserved in the condition in which they are received. While Florielle will thoughtfully select and use the highest-quality flowers and greenery from your bouquet, any bruising, wilting, or other damage present upon arrival may still be visible in the finished piece.
2. Natural Changes:
During the preservation process, flowers may undergo natural changes in color.
- Example: White flowers may turn slightly yellow, and red flowers may deepen to burgundy.
- These shifts are a natural part of floral preservation and not considered defects.
3. Flower Types & Pressing Limitations:
Not all flowers can be pressed or framed due to their thickness or structure. Florielle will determine which flowers are best suited for pressing.
4. Unused Flowers:
- You may request that any unused pressed flowers or greenery be returned.
- If no request is made, all remaining pressed materials will become the property of Florielle and may be repurposed or discarded.
5. Communication:
Florielle will contact you using the email and/or phone number provided with your order.
- It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate.
- Please notify Florielle at florielle.floralpreservation@gmail.com if your contact information changes.
6. Design Approval:
- You will receive a mock design of your arrangement before final completion.
- No flowers will be permanently placed until you provide final confirmation.
7. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility:
You are responsible for the safe and timely shipping or delivery of your flowers to Florielle. Florielle is not liable for any damage or delays caused during transit.
8. Turnaround Time:
The preservation and design process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
- Timelines may vary based on flower condition, piece complexity, or seasonal workload.
9. Design & Artistic Discretion:
Floral preservation is a creative process. Slight variations in layout, flower appearance, or framing may occur. By approving your mock design, you grant Florielle artistic discretion to complete your piece.
10. Cancellations:
- Orders canceled within 48 hours of being placed will receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after 48 hours of being placed, but before flowers are dropped off, will be refunded minus a 20% service fee.
- If cancellation occurs after flowers have been dropped off, a 50% service fee will be withheld from the refund, as the preservation process will have already begun.
- Purchases are non-refundable once mock designs have been approved and materials have been ordered.
- Original flowers may be returned; however, materials including frames and hardware are non-refundable.
11. Damage After Delivery:
Once your completed piece has been delivered or picked up, Florielle is not responsible for damage caused by hand along, hanging, or environmental conditions.
- To preserve your piece, keep it out of direct sunlight and away from humidity.
12. Photo Release:
By placing an order, you grant Florielle permission to photograph your completed piece for use on social media, our website, or other marketing materials.
Agreement:
By proceeding with your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
